I get so confused sometimes.
I have determined that I have 3 modes. Depressive, hyper, and yo-yo.
I'm watching myself from outside.
I watch friends encounter the same things I have and it brings up all these bad feelings in me.
I think I'll use this journal more. I need it at the moment.
